Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to this website, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Disputes relating to services provided under a signed engagement agreement are governed by that agreement's own dispute-resolution terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brookside CXO regarding use of this website.
